Robert has over 15 years experience in investment banking and executive leadership. His expertise includes pre-IPO positioning, change leadership, global expansion, and tying execution to strategy. He has held the COO position in a public company with offices in over 8 countries for over six years and was CEO of a venture-backed internet company sold to Lycos in 2000. He has held President and CEO positions at two other privately held ecommerce companies. Prior to these positions, he was an technology investment banker at Hambrecht & Quist, now a part of JPMorgan Chase.

Joe has over 25 years experience in senior project and product management. He has extensive experience in consumer financial services and electronic  banking, including tenure at Bank of America, Visa and most recently Wells Fargo.  His expertise includes project crisis management and redirection, team development, program planning, and marketing integration.
